Terms of Service

You may use HR Terra only in line with these terms and applicable law. Access to the platform is provided under a separate subscription agreement with your organisation.

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Organisation administrators control who has access and what each user can see.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it to process data you have no right to process.

HR Terra and its content, software and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. Your organisation retains ownership of its own data.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
