Data Processing Agreement

The customer is the controller of the personal data it places in HR Terra. HR Terra acts as a processor and handles that data only on the customer’s documented instructions.

HR Terra maintains technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including role-based access, encryption, audit logging and separation of customer data.

HR Terra uses sub-processors to deliver the service and remains responsible for their performance. A current list is available on request.

We assist customers with data subject requests and security incidents, and delete or return customer data at the end of the agreement, subject to legal retention requirements.
